Rise ‘N Glide Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy 2025

Payment Requirement:

The full package amount must be paid by the deadline specified on our website under each camp tab.
All deposits made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation and Refund Schedule:

0 to 4 days: If you cancel within 4 days of the camp's start date or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
5 to 14 days: If you cancel 5 to 14 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 10% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
15 to 29 days: If you cancel 15 to 29 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 20% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
30 to 40 days: If you cancel 30 to 40 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 30% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
41 to 50 days: If you cancel 41 to 50 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 40% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
51 to 60 days: If you cancel 51 to 60 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 50% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
61 to 70 days: If you cancel 61 to 70 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 60% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
71 to 80 days: If you cancel 71 to 80 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 70% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit.
Formula is as follows: (Package Cost - $Deposit) × %Refund

Refund Processing:

Once confirmed, refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Product Refund Policy:
